Exercise Apps

I have one called “Abs & Core” and you can chose how long your workouts are.  I chose 5 minutes hopefully per day.  I usually do the full Core workout, but they have Abs and Back, too.  I did start off with Abs, but I like Core better.  I definitely see results and am still at it, sometimes skipped a few days.  There are, like, 8-10 workouts for 30 seconds each with a 30 second break in the middle.  It feels like no time at all.
